We continue to safeguard the privacy and security of personal health information and data and ensure compliance with all ethical and legal privacy protections. The medical records of clients who receive services with any of the providers at Columbia Psychology Healing Center are confidential and privileged information under federal and state law. These laws restrict healthcare providers from releasing an individual’s medical records without legal authorization or consent. Columbia Psychology Healing Center will continue to fully protect medical records from unauthorized disclosures. Our ethics and HIPAA laws continue to protect your personal health information.
